Church is the people, not the place.
Church is the people, not the place. This isn't an ending. It's the same family, relocated.
More than 13 years ago, we stepped out in faith to build something for God in Minnetonka. And He showed up. Lives changed. People met Jesus. Families found a home. That was God, and that was you.
After a lot of prayer and counsel, our board, Shechele, and I have decided to close Brave Church and join our family with Christian Family Church in Edina. Our size can no longer carry the building and general expenses. Rather than limp forward, we believe the faithful move is to finish strong and keep growing together.
I'm going on staff at CFC, so I get to keep pastoring you. This isn't an ending. It's the same family, relocated. Come celebrate with us August 16, and let's walk into what's next together on August 23.

Show up Sunday, August 23. Sit with people you know.
